Jean Tiwari was the owner of GAVIOTTA HOUSING & DEVELOPMENT INC., & GAVIOTTA PREMIER HOMES for over 30 years in the New York Area. She had three locations; Queens, Brooklyn, and headquarters was in Manhattan in the Antique District close to Union Square. She’s very knowledgeable in the real estate industry. Her departed husband, Sam was a mechanic and also was knowledgeable in construction; which started SAM’S CONSTRUCTION in the New York area as well. So she knew the white collar and the blue collar aspects, which in her later years started GAVIOTTA CONTRACTING INC., which is also known as GAVIOTTA PAINTING.
As a minority and Woman Owned Small Business there’s lots of obstacles that she had to endure, but she pushes forward to triumph.

Rocky tends to be a Perfectionist, even if it's not his intent. Yet that quality alone, is enough to be a benefit to his clients, who have become loyal and repeat customers.
Rocky moved to South Florida in 1999 to enjoy the beautiful beaches & palm trees. He's been creating masterpieces in the form of Art throughout Florida to add to it's beauty.
His creativity comes from being an artist who loves to draw & paint.
Rocky likes to cook, spend time with his family, and loves to make people laugh. He also has an entrepreneurial spirit. He's launched solely & also created partnerships in numerous sectors of the business industry.
Rocky believes that positive change brings a positive future & happiness, which, in turn would like to share this quote by Mahatma Ghandi... " Be the change that you wish to see in the world".
